Sara has long been considered one of the most reputable VO coaches in NYC. She was the first person chosen to teach at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Voiceover Lab in NewYork and helped to design much of their curriculum. In her twenty+ years working as a voiceover coach, she has guided working actors to their "best, most competitive read", produced professional demos for those starting their careers and has helped her students seek and obtain representation. As a voice actor, Sara has voiced thousands of jobs including television and radio commercials, promos, industrials, audio books, animation, movie dubbing and looping. She also worked 13 years voicing monologue bits on The Late Show With David Letterman. Sara began her career as a singer and eventually became one of the founding members of the Grammy winning group “New York Voices", with whom she recorded several albums, while touring the US, Europe and Japan. She often infuses the same elements of music (rhythm, phrasing, pitch, nuance, emotional interpretation) into the art of voice over.

Sara works privately with professional voice actors, as well as offering group and semi-private lessons for those at beginning or intermediate level.
