🛠️ General Help & Booth Consult – 30 Minutes Need help with Source Connect, choosing gear, or learning Pro Tools, GarageBand, iZotope RX, and more? This 30-minute session is designed to give you one-on-one support tailored to your needs — whether it’s tech, workflow, or setup questions. ⸻ 🎯 What This Session Covers: • Help with studio software (Pro Tools, RX, etc.) • Advice on gear that fits your space and budget • Source Connect setup and troubleshooting • Booth and recording environment guidance ⸻ 📧 Before You Book: Please email me at frank.verderosa@gmail.com with: • What you’re looking to work on • A list of your current gear This helps me make sure I can truly help — and that our time is well spent. ⸻ ⏱️ Session Details: • Duration: 30 minutes • Platform: Zoom (link sent after booking) • Availability: Evenings only (Eastern Time) ⸻ ⚠️ Important Policies: • Cancellation: 48 hours’ notice required • Reschedule: One time only — after that, the session is forfeited with no refund • Missed or late appointments are not eligible for makeups or refunds ⸻ ✅ Ready to get started? Cancellation Policy
For most appointments: Refund if cancelled with 48 hours. You may reschedule one time if there is an emergency. For Demo Reel Edit bookings: If the materials sent over are not suitable for a voice over demo reel, a refund will be give minus 20% for time spent downloading and reviewing elements. For Voice Over Demo Reels and Wild Spots: Due to the personalized nature of custom demo production, all sales are final once work has begun. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after our initial project review. Work is considered in progress once we have reviewed your goals, discussed your scripts/direction, and agreed to move forward. From time to time, due to work or personal reasons, I may need to reschedule. I will always reach out when there is an issue. Thanks for understanding!
